Bundled Up Bear

I've been working hard this weekend trying to get caught up on my Christmas cards.  Here is one that I worked on.
Cartridges Used:  3 Birds on Parade (hat and scarf page 42).
Paper Doll Dress Up (mittens page 53).

I saw a picture of a bear on the internet somewhere and decided to try and make one, I used my basic shapes in Make the Cut and this is what I came up with.  I love how he turned out I think he is so cute.
The paper is from The Paper Studio - A Country Christmas.
I used a white and a black metalic gel pen for the stitchings.

Yosemite Sam Plaque

Here is the Yosemite Sam plaque that goes with the card I made for my husband's boss.

Yosemite Sam Card

My husband wanted me to make this card for his boss, his birthday is today.  For some reason, haven't got the whole story yet, they call him Yosemite Sam at work and my husband wanted me to make a card with Rick's head on Yosemite Sam's body.  I used the EK Success Swiss Cheese border and corner punches to make it look like he has been doing a little target practice.  I designed this in Make the Cut and GIMP2.

Birdcage Birthday

Hi everyone, wanted to share a card that I made with you.
This is a card that I made for my Mom's Birthday. She is so special to me that I wanted her card to be extra special. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out. I hope she likes it.

Cartridges used:
Bloom (flowers)
MS All Occasions (butterflies)
MS Elegant (border and vines)
Serenade (bird, birdcage and branch in the cage)
Stretch Your Imagination (leaves)
I used brads for the center of the flowers,
added some gems to the birdcage and for the birds eye.
The butterflies and the birds wing have added 3D Crystal Lacquer on them
for a little extra dimension.
The birdcage is cut out of cardboard then I added some Pearl Ex (Aztec Gold) on top.
Ran the vines thru the cuttlebug using Fiskars leaves embossing folder.

Well thanks for stopping by.
