Bewitching

I had seen a you tube video making a witches hat card, it was so cute, sorry don't remember who made the video.  But here is my own version. 

Cartridges used:  Happy Hauntings (Bewitching and ovals are left over from the spiderweb frame)

Home Accents (frame around Bewitching),  MS Elegant (border), MS Seasonal (stars, welded in Design Studio), Mini Monsters (witches hat), Walk In My Garden (flowers)
